Music Classes for Infants, Toddlers, Preschoolers, and Homeschoolers
All music classes are open to students of all abilities and class ages are merely suggestions. Contact Tonya if you feel a younger or older class is more appropriate for your child's developmental level. Classes are integrated with music education and music therapy objectives so that students with different needs and abilities can learn music concepts together and achieve progress in areas such as communication skills, fine/gross motor skills, and social skills.
Your first class is free and drop-ins are always welcome. Get a free class every time you bring a new friend to try a class!

Tonya uses the curriculum First Steps in Music for Infants and Toddlers and First Steps in Music for Preschool and Beyond from the
Feierabend Association for Music Education along with supplemental material from common children’s songs, folk songs, classical music, chants, and poems. Students will sing, dance, and play instruments in every class. As a music therapist, Tonya feels it’s important to encourage communication, motor, social, and academic skills through the same songs that teach musical skills (understanding/demonstrating beat vs. rhythm, singing tunefully, moving artfully, etc.).
You can read about the program by its author, John Feierabend, on their website:
